Please read instructions carefully in workshop description.  Note that the registration fees may be different, depending on whether you are a member of Sun Country Quilters. This form must be mailed along with the appropriate fees.   Due to space considerations, no guarantee of enrollment is granted until your form has been received and your check has cleared.  Any pattern fees are payable on the date of the workshop, if not listed on this page.
