Entry Labels Printing Form

A click here will link to a file that will print out perfect paper labels that must be attached to the bottom left corner of the back of your quilt before you take it to one of the drop zones. 

 

The loose part will be your receipt to pick up your quilt between 5 and 6 pm on Sunday, May 15, after the show closes and volunteers have a chance to dismantle the show.
